TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Women in Technology WA Inc., doing business as WiTWA ("WiTWA, "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the techtrails-online.thinkific.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the"Site"). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use.

The Site is intended for user who are at least 13 years of age. All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside must have permission of their teacher, parent or guardian to sue the Site. If you are a minor, you must have your teacher, parent or guardian read and agree to these Terms of Use prior to you using the Site. 

All information within the site is intended as broad educational information and not specific career advice for individuals.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Australia. Women in Technology WA Inc. and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Australia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
